Texas Parent to Parent (TxP2P) has developed collaborative relationships with other state and national organizations serving children with special health care needs and their families. Parent to Parent USA
Texas Parent to Parent is an affiliate of Parent to Parent USA, which represents more than 600 local Parent to Parent organizations in the United States and 33 statewide organizations.
Family Voices
TxP2P is the Texas State Affiliate Organization for Family Voices, a national grassroots network of families and friends speaking on behalf of children with special health care needs. Family Voices aims to achieve family-centered care for all children and youth with special health care needs and/or disabilities by providing families the tools to make informed decisions, advocating for improved public and private policies, building partnerships among professionals and families, and serving as a trusted resource on health care. They also coordinate the Family to Family Health Care Information Centers (F2F HIC) across the nation on behalf of the federal government.
