Parenting a child with special health care needs can be an epic journey that is made infinitely easier with one-on-one peer support, education, and more awareness. Get involved and help us accomplish our mission to help all Texas parents who have a child or young adult with a special health care need. Friday, September 21st, 2012 - 8th Annual Vine to Wine

The 8th Annual Vine to Wine Reception will again be at Shoal Crossing, 8511 North MoPac Expressway, Austin. We will honor the state’s top child disability advocates and celebrate Texas Parent to Parent’s accomplishments in our mission to empower families to be strong advocates for our children. Our exclusive wine tasting event features wine pairings with a wide variety of hors d'oeuvres. Silent and live auctions add to the fun. Read more.

June 4, 2012 - 4th Annual Richard P. Slaughter Charity Golf Tournament

Get out your golf clubs, and make plans to attend the Slaughter and Associates Annual Golf Classic on Monday, June 4th, 2012. The event boasts a shotgun start, lots of prizes, and a barbecue lunch at the beautiful River Place Country Club in Austin, Texas.
