The National PASS Network (NPN) is a national educational and consumer advocacy organization on Social Security and Veterans Administration disability compensation benefits. Since 1983, NPN's primary mission has been to advocate for improved public access, work to increase consumer awareness and promote informed participation in the federal Social Security disability benefit, aging support and work incentive programs. |

| UnitedHealthCare Children's Foundation - Family Grants Online application at the foundation's Web site at http://uhccf.org. To be eligible for a grant, children must be 16 years of age or younger. Families must meet economic guidelines, reside in the United States, and be covered by a commercial health benefit plan. Individuals who receive care via Medicaid, Medicare or other state or federally subsidized health insurance programs are not eligible. |
Offering grants (up to $5,000) to help children who need critical health care treatment, services or equipment which is not covered -- or not fully covered -- by their parents' health benefit plans. The grants can help families pay for child health care services such as speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy sessions, prescriptions and medical equipment such as wheelchairs, orthotics and eyeglasses. |

Services Inc. |
Provides medical equipment to eligible children who have no other funding source to pay for items needed. Must start at a local Elks Lodge – call for location nearest to you. Also has a camp for children with special needs. |

An independent pharmacy for patients and families across the U.S. formed specifically to meet the needs of CF patients. In addition to medications, they carry a full-line of respiratory equipment and supplies as well as nutritional supplements. | |||
