A statewide program designed to support families with children, birth to three, with disabilities and developmental delays. Designated as the state’s principal authority on the vocationa rehabilitation of Texans with disabilities, the main purpose is to assist people with disabilities to participate in their communities by achieving empolymnet of choice, living as independently as possible, and accessing high quality services. |
