Conference & Training: 2012 8th Annual TxP2P Parent Conference - Exhibitor Registration

Our Parent Conference educates parents from across Texas about how to deal with the unique issues and challenges they face on a daily basis in caring for their children. The conference offers themed tracks comprised of multiple sessions, each covering a different topic, over the course of two days. The knowledge we share with parents at the conference empowers them to advocate for their child’s needs. The conference also provides a rare opportunity for parents to connect with peers – other parents who have “walked a mile” in their shoes, and whose experience and insight into the challenges they face gives them more support and hope than any course or seminar ever could.

Our 2012 Parent Conference will once again be located at the beautiful Embassy Suites San Marcos.  Our families will be staying in the hotel and will have plenty of time to spend in the exhibit area.  We will also be having drawings for door prizes.  Our families really do look forward to participating in the drawings.

Single exhibit space consists of one skirted/draped 6’ table, 1-2 chairs, and a sign with the exhibitor’s name.  The Booth Space is 10’ x 10’.   Exhibitors receive two complimentary registrations, continental breakfasts and lunchs both days and conference program.  First choice of exhibit space goes to Sponsors whose level includes an exhibit booth, with remaining booths chosen by commercial exhibitors on a first come-first served basis.  Non-profits will be assigned booths.  Electricity is available for an additional charge of $50.00.  Internet will also be available for $75.00 per day.   Internet access is available in the Lobby by the Registration desk.

Receive additional exposure and special recognition in the conference program by donating a door prize. Conference participants will be issued an Exhibit game piece which requires them to visit the booths to enter the drawing for the door prizes.

Exhibit Space Cost: Commercial - single: $300; Double, $500; Nonprofit - single: $125; Double: Not applicable; Nonprofits can share a booth if they would like.

Exhibitor Move-In & Set-Up: Friday, June 29: 6: 30a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Exhibitor Hall Open: Friday, June 29, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..
Saturday, June 30, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out: Saturday, June 30, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
