Family to Family Health Care Information Center

Texas Parent to Parent (TxP2P) has been designated as a Family to Family Health Care Information Center (F2F HIC) for Texas to provide training, resources and support for professionals, community members, parents, and family members to better support children with disabilities or special health care needs. F2F Centers assist caregivers so that they can make informed choices about short-term and long-term care for their children, so children can continue to live at home or in an integrated community setting through adulthood.
